Lunchboxes and cooking

Preparing food every day may be really frustrating. Waking up earlier or staying longer just to cook yourself a meal sounds just so tiring. But it doesn’t have to be like that. Today I come up with some ideas on how to make your duties a little bit more enjoyable.
You might consider cooking boring, but with just a couple of improvements, it can become your passion. Below I present you some tips on how to start the journey of tastes.
Vegan Bento Box

Make a meal plan, you can download one from the internet or ask a dietician to schedule you one. (Always remember not to starve yourself and eat the required amount of calories.) Check if you have all the ingredients, herbs, pots and tools.

Cook for your family, so you won’t have to bake one potato. It'd be just a waste o energy. If you cook just for yourself think about making 2 or more portions at one time, so you spare some time the next day.

If you don’t have time to make an awesome breakfast, try smoothies or overnight oats. (amazing oats recipes here: https://simpleveganblog.com/overnight-oats/ ) A little tip: before I discovered soaking oats I had bloated and felt nauseous so this is a great option for delicate bellies.

If you want to save baby calves and be cruelty-free, change cow’s milk to vegans equivalents. Making oat, rice or almond milk is surprisingly easy. (Check out this tutorial to prepare awesome, nutrient drinks: https://zerowastechef.com/201u9/01/30/milking-nut-milks-for-all-their-worth/ ) Enjoy milking your nuts!

Pack your lunches into lunchboxes. Nowadays you have a huge palette of choices. From glass to bamboo boxes, any color you can ever dream about.

I also wanted to share some awesome vegan blogs and YouTube channels. You can find very easy and cheap recipes for beginners and more advanced vegans looking for something new.
